Connect Shopify orders

One time: Shopify will send every new, changed or cancelled order to your server. Then import the last 60 days.

1. The app in Shopify's Dev Dashboard needs the read_orders scope (and stays installed on the store).
2. Click Connect, then Import last 60 days.
